Boat Detailing & Minor Restoration:

Preserve your investment by having us detail your boat using only the highest quality marine waxes and cleaners, or have us restore that “new look” by removing chalky, oxidized fiberglass that builds up from exposure to sunlight.  We can take ten years off the look of your boat by using wet sanding and high speed buffing the finish and give it a fresh look.

A lot of people want their boat detailed but, in some instances, this may not be possible because highly oxidized fiberglass will not accept the wax.  The boat must first be wet sanded and high speed buffed to bring back the natural gloss of the fiberglass before being waxed.

•  Complete boat detailing inside and out.

•  Restore oxidized fiberglass with wet sanding and high speed buffing.

•  Replace boat trailer bunks with treated lumber, high quality carpeting, stainless steel staples and galvanized bolts

•  Restore weathered teak

Four options for detailing/restoring your boat: GOOD – Wash and wax – we can only do this if the boat is already in pretty good condition.  BETTER – Wash, high speed buff, wash again, apply a glazing compound, then wax.  BEST – Wash, wet sand, wash again, high speed buff, wash again, then wax. VERY BEST – Wash, wet sand, wash again, high speed buff, wash again, apply a glazing compound, then wax.

Boat Detailing Price Estimates
Includes waxing the hull, detailing the inside of the boat and washing the trailer.
These prices do not include any restoration work.

Up to 21’ - $ 10 per foot

22’ to 24’ - $ 12 per foot

24’ to 30’ - $ 13 to $ 14 per foot

 We will give you a more precise estimate when we see the condition of your boat.

 Prices on removing the oxidation from your boat will vary.
A typical 21’ runabout will run about $ 15 to $ 20 per foot depending on the degree of oxidation.
